SII to work with SIG on implementing the Service ONE® solution

SIG (a French acronym for Geneva Industrial Services) was looking for a way for its reorganized Shared Services Division to use a single tool to interface with internal clients as an entity within the company, rather than as a juxtaposition of departments, each with its own customer policies and strategies.The Geneva public utility company - a supplier of water, gas, electrical power and thermal energy - ended up choosing SII's Service ONE® system.

The operational coverage of the Service ONE® solution was a perfect match for our range of activities, explained Christian Grego, a member of the SIG Shared Services Division management. We came to the conclusion that, as a concept, the product was best suited to the Shared Services centers model in the most modern sense of the term. It is also the system that best reflects the vision that we have of multidisciplinary and coordinated shared services at SIG.
